We don't engage in rushed, low-quality work in pursuit of quantity. Before starting work on your task, we conduct 2 face-to-face or online meetings. The first is an introduction, the second is an interview.

02 Property search

Having defined all criteria and preferences, along with our own experience, we start compiling a selection of properties. All properties added to our website have been personally selected by us and we consider them worthy of attention. That's why there are relatively few of them. We do not engage in selling low-quality or illiquid real estate.

03 Proposal

The properties we select according to your criteria will be added to your personal account, where you can view them at your convenience.

04 Virtual viewing

All properties available on our website are viewable through virtual reality glasses. This will help you determine which properties you'd like to see in person, saving you both time and money.

05 Physical viewing

After viewing the sorted properties through virtual visits, we'll arrange for you to see them in person. We'll meet you at the airport, take you to your hotel or apartment. When you're ready, we'll pick you up and have a meeting in our office before visiting the properties. During this meeting, we'll provide detailed information about each property we plan to visit, discuss the infrastructure, the pros and cons, and then proceed to the viewings.

06 Deal formalization

Once you have chosen the property you wish to purchase, we will execute any type of deal.
